These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Induction Arrangements for School Teachers) (England) (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into force on 1st September 2020.

Section 2Amendment to the Education (Induction Arrangements for School Teachers) (England) Regulations 2012
(1) The Education (Induction Arrangements for School Teachers) (England) Regulations 2012 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 8(1A) (extension of an induction period before completion), for “1st September 2020” substitute “1st September 2021”.
