Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) (England) (No. 3) Regulations 2020 and come into force immediately before 1st September 2020.

Section 2 Amendment of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2020

(1) The Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2020 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 13, in the inserted Schedule 2, Part B, in Class F.2 (Local community), in paragraph (a)(i) for “280 metres square” substitute “280 square metres”.
