Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies and Credit Unions (Arrangements, Reconstructions and Administration) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2020, and comes into force on 10th September 2020.

Section 2Amendment of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies and Credit Unions (Arrangements, Reconstructions and Administration) Order 2014

(1) The Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies and Credit Unions (Arrangements, Reconstructions and Administration) Order 2014 is amended as follows.
(2) In Part 1A of Schedule 1, omit paragraph 1J.
(3) In Schedule 2A, omit paragraph 6.
