These Regulations may be cited as the Fertilisers and Ammonium Nitrate Material (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 and come into force immediately before IP completion day.

Section 2Amendment of the Fertilisers and Ammonium Nitrate Material (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019
(1) The Fertilisers and Ammonium Nitrate Material (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 8(3), in inserted regulation 2B, for “exit day” substitute “IP completion day”.
(3) In regulation 9(6), in inserted regulation 13(1), for “exit day” substitute “IP completion day”.
