Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Protection of Wrecks (RMS Titanic) (Amendment) Order 2021.
(2) This Order comes into force on 11th May 2021.
(3) This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Section 2Amendment

In article 4(2)(b) of the Protection of Wrecks (RMS Titanic) Order 2003 omit “(other than activities relating to the conservation or curation of artifacts)”.
