Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Coronavirus Act 2020 (Suspension: Temporary Judicial Commissioners, Urgent Warrants, and Disposal of Bodies) Regulations 2021.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 21st April 2021.

(3) In these Regulations “the Act” means the Coronavirus Act 2020.

Section 2 Suspension of certain provisions of the Act

Sections 22 and 23 of the Act are suspended.

Section 3 Suspension of certain provisions of the Act

Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 28 to the Act (and section 58 of the Act so far as it relates to those Parts) are suspended as they apply in England and Northern Ireland.
