(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Antarctic (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into force on 31st May 2021.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Antarctic Regulations 1995 .
The principal Regulations are amended as follows:
(a) The area listed in Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations as “Antarctic Specially Protected Area No. 141: Yukidori Valley, Langhovde, Lützow-Holm Bay” is deleted.
(b) The area listed and described in Schedule 1 to these Regulations is added to Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations.
(c) The Antarctic Historic Sites and Monuments listed in Schedule 2 to these Regulations are added to Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations.
