Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Mobile Homes (Requirement for Manager of Site to be Fit and Proper Person) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2021.

(2) These Regulations come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

Section 2Amendment of the Mobile Homes (Requirement for Manager of Site to be Fit and Proper Person) (England) Regulations 2020

In regulation 3(5)(a) of the Mobile Homes (Requirement for Manager of Site to be Fit and Proper Person) (England) Regulations 2020 , for “Local Government Finance Act 1992 ” substitute “Local Government Finance Act 1988 ”.
