Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Space Industry Act 2018 (Commencement No. 2, Transitional and Savings Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2021.

(2) 28th July 2021 is the day appointed for the coming into force of these Regulations.

Section 2 Amendment of the Space Industry Act 2018 (Commencement No. 2, Transitional and Savings Provisions) Regulations 2021

(1) The Space Industry Act 2018 (Commencement No. 2, Transitional and Savings Provisions) Regulations 2021 are amended as follows.

(2) In paragraphs 3(b), 4(b) and 7(b) of the Schedule, omit each occurrence of “or elsewhere”.

(3) In paragraph 107 of the Schedule, omit “and (3)”.

(4) In paragraph 117 of the Schedule, omit “9,”.
