Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Office of Communications (Membership) (Modification) Order 2022 and comes into force on 3rd November 2022.

Section 2Modification of maximum number of members

In section 1(2) of the Office of Communications Act 2002 for “twelve” substitute “thirteen” .

Section 3Revocation

The Office of Communications (Membership) (Modification) Order 2016 is revoked.
