Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into force on 2nd November 2022.

Section 2 Amendments to Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013

Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 shall be amended as set out in regulation 3.

Section 3 Amendments to Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013

In rule 78 paragraph (1)(b) for “Act of Sederunt (Fees of Solicitors in the Sheriff Court) (Amendment and Further Provisions) 1993” substitute “Act of Sederunt (Taxation of Judicial Expenses Rules) 2019” .

Section 4 Transitional provisions

The amendments to Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 made by these Regulations apply in relation to proceedings which are presented to an employment tribunal on or after the day on which these Regulations come into force.
