Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2022 and come into force on the day after the day on which they are laid before Parliament.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, and Scotland.

Section 2Amendment of the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations 2018

In the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations 2018 , in Schedule 4A (solid biomass which is wood: criteria for woodfuel quality), in paragraph 2A(a), for “these Regulations” substitute “the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2022” .
