Section 1Citation, commencement and extent
(1) This Order may be cited as the Public Lending Right Scheme 1982 (Commencement of Variation) Order 2022 and comes into force on 7th February 2022.
(2) This Order extends to the United Kingdom.

The variation of the Public Lending Right Scheme 1982 whereby article 46(1)(a) is varied by substituting “11.26p” for “9.55p”, comes into force on 7th February 2022.
