Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Russian Aircraft) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and they come into force with immediate effect.

Section 2Amendment of the Regulations
The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Russian Aircraft) Regulations 2022 are amended by deleting in regulation 2(1) “on a scheduled service”.
