Section 1Citation, Commencement and Extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) (Revocation) (England, Wales and Scotland) Regulations 2022 and come into force on 14th June 2022.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.

Section 2Revocation of the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) (England, Wales and Scotland) Regulations 2021

The Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) (England, Wales and Scotland) Regulations 2021 are revoked.
