Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (NCG) Order of Council 2016 (Amendment) Order 2022 and shall come into force on 1st August 2022.

Section 2Variation of Power to Award Degrees etc. (NCG) Order of Council 2016
(1) The Power to Award Degrees etc. (NCG) Order of Council 2016 is varied in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) For article 2, substitute—
(2) NCG shall be competent to grant awards of the kind mentioned in paragraph (a) of section 76(2) of the said Act for a fixed eight-year term beginning on 1st August 2016 and expiring on 31st July 2024.
