(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Health and Care Act 2022 (Further Consequential Amendments) (No. 2) Regulations 2023 and come into force on 6th November 2023.
(2) Any amendment or revocation made by the provisions in Parts 2 and 3 has the same extent as the provision amended or revoked.
