(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into force on 6th April 2023.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into force on 6th April 2023.

(1) The Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Licences) Regulations 2007 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 8(1) (fee to be paid on application for licence) , for “£210” substitute “£204” .
(3) In regulation 9 (transitional provision) , for “1st October 2019” substitute “6th April 2023” .
(1) Regulation 3 of the Private Security Industry Act 2001 Regulations (Amendment) Regulations 2011 is revoked.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 are revoked.
(3) Paragraph (2) is of no effect in relation to an application for a grant of a licence which, before the day on which these Regulations come into force, has been submitted in accordance with the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Licences) Regulations 2007 to the Security Industry Authority and that application has been received.
