Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Network Rail (Essex and Others Level Crossing Reduction) (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into force on 11th May 2023.

Section 2 Citation, commencement and interpretation

In this Order, “ the 2022 Order ” means the Network Rail (Essex and Others Level Crossing Reduction) Order 2022 .

Section 3 Amendments to the 2022 Order

(1) The 2022 Order is amended as follows.

(2) In Part 1 of Schedule 2, in the entry for the Parish of Boreham, in column (3)—

(a) for “P163, P164, P165 and P166” substitute “P163 and P164” ; and

(b) for “P163, P167, P165, P166 and P162” substitute “P163, P167 and P165” .

(3) In Schedule 5, in the entry for the Parish of Thorley—

(a) in column (2), omit “32”; and

(b) in column (3) omit “Access”.
