Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the School Teachers’ Incentive Payments (England) (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into force on 1st September 2023.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales.

Section 2 Amendment of the School Teachers’ Incentive Payments (England) Order 2019

(1) The School Teachers’ Incentive Payments (England) Order 2019 is amended as follows.

(2) In article 2(2) (incentive payments to school teachers)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (c) omit “and”; and

(b) after sub-paragraph (d) insert—

and

(e) the International Relocation Payment,
