Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (Enforcement) (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2Amendment to the Consumer Rights Act 2015

In paragraph 11 of Schedule 5 to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (enforcer’s legislation: legislation mentioned in paragraph 9(1)(b)), in the table, after the entry relating to a London Borough Council, insert—
