Section 1Citation and commencement
(1) This Order may be cited as the Official Statistics Order 2023.
(2) This Order comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2Revocation
The Official Statistics Order 2018 is revoked.
Section 3Official statistics
(1) To the extent that they are not otherwise official statistics by virtue of section 6(1)(a) of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007, the statistics produced or to be produced by the persons listed in the Schedule to this Order are specified as official statistics for the purposes of section 6(1)(b) of that Act.
(2) Paragraph (1) does not apply to statistics which are wholly Scottish devolved statistics or wholly Northern Ireland devolved statistics .
