(1) This Order may be cited as the Access to the Countryside (Coastal Margin) (Marsland Mouth to Newquay) (No. 1) Order 2024 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) In this Order—
“ the Act ” means the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 ;
“ the relevant approvals ” means the approval, by the Secretary of State under section 52(1) of the Act of the proposals contained in the—
England Coast Path Marsland Mouth to Newquay MNQ7, Port Isaac to New Polzeath report on 9th July 2020;
England Coast Path Marsland Mouth to Newquay MNQ8, New Polzeath to Rock report on 9th July 2020;
England Coast Path Marsland Mouth to Newquay MNQ9, Padstow to Constantine Bay report on 9th July 2020;
England Coast Path Marsland Mouth to Newquay MNQ10, Constantine Bay to Mawgan Porth report on 9th July 2020;
England Coast Path Marsland Mouth to Newquay MNQ11, Mawgan Porth to Newquay report on 9th July 2020.
“ the relevant reports ” means the reports, submitted by Natural England to the Secretary of State under sections 51 and 55A of the Act on 9th October 2019 entitled—
England Coast Path Marsland Mouth to Newquay MNQ7, Port Isaac to New Polzeath;
England Coast Path Marsland Mouth to Newquay MNQ8, New Polzeath to Rock;
England Coast Path Marsland Mouth to Newquay MNQ9, Padstow to Constantine Bay;
England Coast Path Marsland Mouth to Newquay MNQ10, Constantine Bay to Mawgan Porth;
England Coast Path Marsland Mouth to Newquay MNQ11, Mawgan Porth to Newquay.
