This Order may be cited as the Dogger Bank Teesside A and B Offshore Wind Farm (Amendment) Order 2024 and comes into force on 12th November 2024.

Section 2Amendment to the Dogger Bank Teesside A and B Offshore Wind Farm Order 2015
The Dogger Bank Teesside A and B Offshore Wind Farm Order 2015 is amended in accordance with this Order.
Section 3Amendment to Part 3 (requirements) of Schedule 1 (authorised project)
In Part 3 (requirements) of Schedule 1 (authorised project), in paragraph 5(8)(b) for “1,900 kilojoules” substitute “3,000 kilojoules” .
