Section 1 Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000 (Estimates and Accounts) (Amendment) Order 2024 and comes into force on 31st January 2025.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

(3) In this Order, “ the principal Order ” means the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000 (Estimates and Accounts) Order 2024 .

Section 2 Amendments to the principal Order

(1) The principal Order is amended as follows.

(2) For the Schedule (designated bodies) to the principal Order, substitute the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.
