Section 1Citation, commencement and extent
(1) This Order may be cited as the Terrorism Act 2000 (Code of Practice for Authorised Officers) Order 2024 and comes into force on 26th April 2024.
(2) This Order extends to the United Kingdom.

Section 2Revised code of practice
The revised code of practice entitled “Code of Practice for Officers acting under Schedule 1 to the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001” and laid before Parliament in draft on 22nd January 2024 comes into operation on 26th April 2024.
Section 3Revocation
The Terrorism Act 2000 (Code of Practice for Authorised Officers) Order 2018 is revoked.
