Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Terrorism Act 2000 (Proscribed Organisations) (Amendment) Order 2024.
(2) This Order comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(3) This Order extends to the United Kingdom.

Section 2Proscribed organisation

In Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000 (proscribed organisations), after the entry for “Wagner Group”, insert—
