Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Post Office Network Subsidy Scheme (Amendment) Order 2024 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Section 2 Amendment to the Post Office Network Subsidy Scheme Order 2007

In paragraph 4(2) of the Schedule to the Post Office Network Subsidy Scheme Order 2007 , for “£500,000,000” substitute “£750,000,000” .
