Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Commodity Derivatives and Emission Allowances) (Amendment) Order 2024.
(2) This Order comes into force on 31st December 2024.
(3) This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Section 2Amendment of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Commodity Derivatives and Emission Allowances) Order 2023

In article 2 (amendment of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Commodity Derivatives and Emission Allowances) Order 2023 , omit paragraphs (2) to (4).
