Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (Regent’s University London Limited) (Amendment) Order 2024 and shall come into force on 1st September 2024.

Section 2Variation of The Power to Award Degrees etc. (Regent’s University London Limited) Order 2020
(1) The Power to Award Degrees etc. (Regent’s University London Limited) Order 2020 is varied in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) For article 2, substitute—
(2) Regent’s University London Limited (registered company number 12734671) is authorised to grant taught awards of the kind mentioned in section 42(2)(a) of the said Act for an indefinite period.
