Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (Hull College Group) Order of Council 2015 (Amendment) Order 2025 and comes into force on 1st December 2025.

Section 2Variation of the Power to Award Degrees etc. (Hull College Group) Order of Council 2015
(1) The Power to Award Degrees etc. (Hull College Group) Order of Council 2015 is varied in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) For article 2 substitute—
(2) Hull College Group shall be competent to grant awards of the kind mentioned in paragraph 2A of section 76 of the said Act for a fixed term beginning on 1st January 2016 and expiring at the end of the day on 30th March 2029.
