This Order may be cited as the Chief Regulator of Qualifications and Examinations Order 2025 and comes into force on 6th February 2025.

Section 2Extent and Application
(1) This Order extends to England and Wales.
(2) This Order applies in relation to England only.
Section 3Appointment of chief executive of the Office of Qualifications and Examinations
Sir Ian Bauckham is appointed as the chief executive of the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation and is to be known as the Chief Regulator of Qualifications and Examinations, from 6th February 2025.
