Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (ESCP Europe Business School) (Amendment) Order 2025 and shall come into force on 4th December 2025.

Section 2Variation of the Power to Award Degrees etc. (ESCP Europe Business School) Order 2024
(1) The Power to Award Degrees etc. (ESCP Europe Business School) Order 2024 is varied in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) For article 3, substitute––
(3) The authorisation in article 2 is for a fixed term beginning on 2nd September 2024 and expiring at the end of the day on 2nd December 2030.
