This Order may be cited as the Education (Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales) Order 2025 and comes into force on 1st January 2027.

Section 2Appointment of His Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales or Prif Arolygwr Ei Fawrhydi dros Addysg a Hyfforddiant yng Nghymru
Owen Evans is appointed as His Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales or Prif Arolygwr Ei Fawrhydi dros Addysg a Hyfforddiant yng Nghymru for a period of 5 years commencing on 1st January 2027.
Section 3Revocation
The Education (Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales) (No. 2) Order 2021 is revoked on 1st January 2027.
