Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Enterprise Act 2002 (Bodies Designated to make Super-complaints) (Amendment) Order 2025 and comes into force on 6th April 2025.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Section 2 Amendment of the Enterprise Act 2002 (Bodies Designated to make Super-complaints) Order 2004

In the Schedule to the Enterprise Act 2002 (Bodies Designated to make Super-complaints) Order 2004 at the appropriate place insert—

The Money and Mental Health Policy Institute.
