Section 1Citation, commencement, extent and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Electricity (Individual Exemption from the Requirement for a Transmission Licence) (Seagreen) (Scotland) (Amendment) Order 2025 and comes into force on 8th February 2025.
(2) This Order extends to England, Wales and Scotland.
(3) This Order applies in relation to Scotland only.

Section 2Amendment of the Electricity (Individual Exemption from the Requirement for a Transmission Licence) (Seagreen) (Scotland) Order 2024

(1) The Electricity (Individual Exemption from the Requirement for a Transmission Licence) (Seagreen) (Scotland) Order 2024 is amended as follows.

(2) In article 2(2)(b) (exemption from section 4(1)(b) of the Electricity Act 1989), for “7th February 2025” substitute “31st March 2025” .
