Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the West Midlands Rail Freight Interchange (Amendment No. 2) Order 2025 and comes into force on 11th April 2025.

Section 2 Amendment of the West Midlands Rail Freight Interchange Order 2020

Omit the table in Schedule 15 (certification documents) to the West Midlands Rail Freight Interchange Order 2020 and substitute the table set out in the Schedule to this Order.
