Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the West Burton Solar Project (Correction) Order 2025 and comes into force on 4th June 2025.

(2) In this Order, “ the 2025 Order ” means the West Burton Solar Project Order 2025 .

Section 2 Corrections

(1) The 2025 Order is corrected in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

(2) The Table in Schedule 1 (corrections) to this Order sets out the corrections, in which—

(a) column 1 sets out where the correction is to be made;

(b) column 2 sets out how the correction is to be made; and

(c) column 3 sets out the text which is to be substituted, inserted or omitted.

(3) For the table in Part 3 of Schedule 6 to the 2025 Order (temporary prohibition or restriction of the use of streets) substitute the table set out in Schedule 2 (table to be substituted for the table in Part 3 of Schedule 6 to the 2025 Order) to this Order.
