Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Personal Injuries (NHS Charges) (Amounts) (Amendment) Regulations 2025.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st October 2025.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

Section 2Amendment of Schedule 1 to the 2015 Regulations

In Schedule 1 to the Personal Injuries (NHS Charges) (Amounts) Regulations 2015 , for the existing table, substitute the following table—

Section 3Revocation

The Personal Injuries (NHS Charges) (Amounts) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2024 are revoked.
