Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites under Section 128) (Amendment) Order 2025.

(2) This Order comes into force on 29th September 2025.

(3) This Order extends to England and Wales.

Section 2 Amendment of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites under Section 128) Order 2007

(1) The Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites under Section 128) Order 2007 is amended as follows.

(2) In article 2(1)(g), for “(16)” substitute “(17)” .

(3) After article 2(16) insert—

(17) So much of the site including Forest Lodge, Windsor Great Park, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 2BU as is within the dotted black line in bold that is marked on the map in Schedule 16 (the Forest Lodge site).

(4) After Schedule 15 insert—
