Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Compulsory Purchase of Land (Prescribed Forms) (Ministers) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2026 and come into force on 18th February 2026.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

Section 2Amendment to the Compulsory Purchase of Land (Prescribed Forms) (Ministers) (Amendment) Regulations 2026

In regulation 1(1) of the Compulsory Purchase of Land (Prescribed Forms) (Ministers) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 , for “18th February 2025” substitute “18th February 2026” .
