The National Park Authorities Levies (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2001

Section 1 Citation commencement and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Park Authorities Levies (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 16th February 2001.

(2) In these Regulations:

“the Principal Regulations ” (“ y Prif Reoliadau ”) means the National Park Authorities Levies (Wales) Regulations 1995 ;

“the 1996 Regulations ” (“ Rheoliadau 1996 ”) means the National Park Authorities Levies (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 ;

“the 2000 Regulations ” (“ the 2000 Regulations ”) means the National Park Authorities Levies (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 .

Section 2 Revocation of the 2000 Regulations

The 2000 Regulations are hereby revoked.

Section 3 Re-instatement of provisions of the Principal Regulations

The provisions of the Principal Regulations (as amended by the 1996 Regulations) shall have effect as they existed immediately prior to the 2000 Regulations coming into force.

Section 4 Provision for the financial year which began in 2000

These Regulations do not affect the validity of anything done in accordance with the provisions of the 2000 Regulations in relation to any levy by a National Park authority for the financial year which began on 1 April 2000.
