Section 1Citation

This Order is called the Special Educational Needs Code of Practice (Appointed Day) (Wales) Order 2002.

Section 2Citation

1st April 2002 is appointed as the day on which the Special Educational Needs Code of Practice for Wales issued by the National Assembly for Wales pursuant to section 314(4) of the Education Act 1996 shall come into effect.
