Section 1 Citation, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Street Works (Inspection Fees) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2002 and come into force on 1st January 2003.

(2) These Regulations apply to Wales.

Section 2 Increase in the inspection fee

In regulation 3(1) of the Street Works (Inspection Fees) Regulations 1992 there is to be substituted for the figure of “£15.50” there the figure of “£20”.
