Section 1 Citation, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Non-Domestic Rating Contributions (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 31st December 2003.

(2) In these Regulations “the 1992 Regulations ” means the Non-Domestic Rating Contributions (Wales) Regulations 1992 .

Section 2 Amendment of the 1992 Regulations

In relation to financial years beginning on or after 1st April 2004, Schedules 2 and 4 to the 1992 Regulations are amended as follows:—

(a) in paragraph 2(12) of Schedule 2 for “0.999” there is substituted “0.998”; and

(b) for Schedule 4 to the 1992 Regulations there is substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
