Section 1Name, commencement and application
(1) These Regulations are called the Revenue Support Grant (Specified Bodies) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2003 and come into force on 28th March 2003.
(2) These Regulations apply only to Wales.

Section 2Amendment of Regulations
In relation to any financial year beginning on or after 1 April 2003, Regulation 3 of the Revenue Support Grant (Specified Bodies) (Wales) Regulations 2000 is amended—
(a) by the omission of paragraph (d); and
(b) by the addition, at the end, of—
(j) The Local Authorities Co-ordinators of Regulatory Services
