Section 1 Title, application and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Sheep and Goats Identification and Movement (Interim Measures) (Wales) ( No. 2) (Amendment) (No.2) Order 2003; it applies in relation to Wales and comes into force on 31st March 2003.

Section 2 Interpretation

In this Order “the Principal Order ” means the Sheep and Goats Identification and Movement (Interim Measures) (Wales) (No. 2) Order 2002 .

Section 3 Amendment of article 1

In article 1(2) of the Principal Order the words “1st August 2003” are substituted for “1st April 2003”.

Section 4 Amendment of article 7

For sub-paragraph (2)(a) of article 7 of the Principal Order the following sub-paragraph is substituted —

(a) before the relevant date, was marked in accordance with regulation 7(4) or (5) or regulation 14 of the 2000 Regulations; or
