Section 1 Citation, commencement, application and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Commons Registration (General) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2003 and come into force on 1st May 2003.

(2) These Regulations apply to Wales.

(3) In these Regulations—

“the Form” (“ y Ffurflen ”) means Form 21 substituted in Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations;

“the Principal Regulations” (“ y Prif Reoliadau ”) means the Commons Registration (General) Regulations 1966 .

Section 2 Substitution of new fee

In Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations—

(a) in the first column, for the words “ten pounds” there is substituted the words “twenty pounds”; and

(b) in the second column, for the amounts “£6.00” and “50p” there is substituted the amounts “£14.00” and “£1.00” respectively.

Section 3 Amendment of the Form

In the part of the Form headed “FEES”, for the amounts “£6.00”, “50p” and “£10.00”, there are substituted the amounts “£14.00”, “£1.00” and “£20.00” respectively.
