Section 1 Citation, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Street Works (Inspection Fees) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2004 and come into force on the 30 July 2004.

(2) These Regulations apply to Wales.

Section 2 Increase in the inspection fee

In regulation 3(1) of the Street Works (Inspection Fees) Regulations 1992 there is to be substituted for the figure of “£20” there the figure of “£21”.
