Section 1Title, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations are called the Education (Nursery Education and Early Years Development and Childcare Plans) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and come into force on 31 July 2005.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.

Section 2Amendment of the Education (Nursery Education and Early Years Development and Childcare Plans) (Wales) Regulations 2003

(1) The Education (Nursery Education and Early Years Development and Childcare Plans) (Wales) Regulations 2003 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 4(1)(a) and (b) substitute the word “third” for the word “fourth” in each place it occurs.
